Proposal for Vacuum Suction Pressure Delivery System

High-concentration dredging is possible! Introducing a system that also reduces environmental impact.

The vacuum suction pressure delivery system is a system that can suction and deliver low-quality soil from the bottom of the water using a special suction machine with high mud content. Vacuum suction dredging with a special drum attachment achieves a mud content rate of 50-70% (silty soil). High-concentration dredging also reduces onshore processing. Additionally, the sludge suctioned from the bottom of the water is pumped through pipelines to facilities set up on land, and since it is a method that does not expose the sludge to air, there is no occurrence of foul odors or scattering of sludge. 【Features】 ■ High-concentration dredging is possible ■ Reduced environmental burden ■ Extremely low occurrence of pollution ■ Continuous suction and discharge ■ Portable for land transport *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Attraction dredging and pumping method: High concentration and thin layer dredging using a mud suction and pressure delivery system.

Suction with negative pressure without disturbing the sediment! Dredging is done horizontally and thinly without stirring up the sediment.

The high-concentration, thin-layer dredging technology using a mud suction and pressure delivery system is a dredging method that employs a negative pressure suction system to draw high-concentration mud in thin layers and transport it via pipeline using compressed air. It dredges without stirring up the bottom sediment, maintaining a horizontal thin layer (with a dredging record of 30 cm thickness). By using a negative pressure suction method, it dredges without disturbing the bottom sediment and suppresses the occurrence and spread of turbidity. Additionally, due to the pipeline pressure delivery method, it reduces environmental impact on the surroundings (such as odors and interference with general traffic). It minimizes the intake of excess water, allowing for processing plans in narrow distribution areas and enabling sun drying. 【Features】 - Dredges horizontally in thin layers without stirring up the bottom sediment - Dredges without disturbing the bottom sediment using a negative pressure suction method - Suppresses the occurrence and spread of turbidity - Minimizes the intake of excess water during mud suction for high-concentration dredging - Dredged sediment is transported through the pipeline using compressed air For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
